JC/T 2201-2022 Target for Coated Glass

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of coated glass targets.
This document is applicable to the targets used for vacuum magnetron sputtering coated glass for building, and other targets for coated glass can be used as reference.
